hi,
please can you tell me how I remove spy software from my blackberry curve without wipe all completely?
Regards,
I have an extremely long sms conversation (hundreds of messages) on my Curve. Is there a way to split that long thread into smaller pieces or archive it in a folder other than Inbox to start a new conversation? I'm afraid that I will reach a limit that will prevent me from sending more messages to that contact. How to manage it?
I've read all the posts on the forum about archiving text messages, but they do not address my issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello
I have had no problems with syncing my blackberry curve 9300 and my outlook 2007 until yesterday when I tried to do this and it told me that there was a update to the desktop software version 7. My phone says it is version 6.
Now today when I tried to sync desktop software which does say software version 6 bundle 2921, it now tells me the following
Synchronization Error
Unable to access local folders. If your Outlook profile uses the Hotmail connector, you must
Create a local data store (PST) and set it as the default delivery location for the profile.
I don't know how to do this and I have my outlook setup already and receive emails on a daily basis, this is getting very frustrating as I would really like to talk to someone rather that trying to find help on the web.
If someone could please answer my questions, I would greatly appreciate this.
Thanks

I am so cross. My husband and I have used Blackberries for years and never had this problem before. Last month, both our phones were stolen, so we replaced them with Curve 9360s. He and I share a Yahoo e-mail account address. However, on these new devices, we are not allowed to both use the address. I can register the address onto my phone but as soon as I do so with his, the service vanishes from mine and vice versa. I have tried using the same Blackberry ID for both; I have tried setting up different IDs on each phone. Doesn't work. It's having the same e-address that is the sticking point. I'm really really hacked off about this as we both rely on our phones for on-the-go e-mailing and it would seem we have just wasted £200 on phones that provide a lesser service than the old models we were using before.
That certainly doesn't sound right. I've used the same email account on two different BlackBerrys.
You said you tried it, but two different BBIDs on the different devices should do it.
BOth desktop software and phone has errors and wont allow me to update to 7.1 I am NOT savvy on this kind of thing at all!
ANy help would be much appreciated....there seems to be a lot of "fixes" out there. I have backed up my phone but use it for work and terrified to "wipe" anything. and even if I do, well, I cannot get the software on my destop to redo it!!!
1. windows desktop though Blackberry program gives me Error 1723 and something about REPAIR RIM with a ton of #"s after it.
2. actual 9360 curve wont either and gives me error 80002
Any ideas...many thanks...
Hello,
I would love to talk to someone about an issue that I am having syncing my blackberry curve 9300 with my desktop software.
My phone says operation system 6 and my desktop said that there was an update to operation system 7. Now I can't sync my phone with my desktop and would like to know if I can get desktop operation system 6 back or if someone could please tell me how to fix the problems that I am having with the new desktop software 7.
I am getting the following error
Synchronization Error
Unable to access local folders. If your Outlook profile uses the Hotmail connector, you must Create a local data store (PST) and set it as the default delivery location for this profile.
My outlook hasn't changed and I don't know if the two different operating systems with work together. I am getting very frustrated as I would love to speak with someone about this, but I can't seem to find if that is possible.
Thanks in advance for your assistance with this matter, as now my phone is not up to date with my computer outlook.
Thanks
